These Terms of Services govern the relationship between YOU and Workport Sp. z o.o. (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and assigns) ("WorkPort", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of WorkPort’s Website and/or Mobile app, including your applying for the job offers, use of any service(s) offered through them and your access to your WorkPort account information and service through them (collectively, the "WorkPort Service(s)" or "Service(s)").
BY USING THE WORKPORT SERVICES, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE WORKPORT TERMS OF SERVICES FOR APPLICANT, AND YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THEM.
YOU ALSO AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE GENERAL WORKPORT TERMS OF SERVICE.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE ABOVE-MENTIONED DOCUMENTS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE WORKPORT SERVICES. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PRINT A COPY OF THESE TERMS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
In the event of making any changes to these Terms of Services, we will make a reasonable effort to properly inform you on its amendments. But it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Services as well as other documents, which apply to Employers, from time to time to see if anything has been changed.
All terms herein shall be interpreted with the same meaning as it determined in the General WorkPort Terms of Services.
These Terms of Services apply to a person that applies or wants to apply for a job offer via the WorkPort Services (“Applicant”, "you" or "your").
The General WorkPort Terms of Services apply to you too. You shall familiarize yourselves with the General WorkPort Terms of Services at the link: [www.workport.pl].
WorkPort gives an opportunity to register for an account at the Mobile app in order to receive a full package of Services. Some of them are available without having an account. Before registration for an account at the Mobile app you will have an access and ability to the following Services, which might be changed/added without or with a previous notice:
♦ review an information on jobs offered;
♦ looking through feedbacks on a job offer considered;
Certain Services will only be available after registration of an account on the Mobile app. After you completed an authentication process, which requires sms-authentication, you will have an access and ability to the following Services which might be changed/added without or with a previous notice:
♦ inclusion of your account in WorkPort's database and search ability by other users;
♦ making changes to your account information (including add/delete resumes);
♦ submission of application on jobs offered;
♦ use of installed Messenger which consequently implies an ability to write and response on Employee’s messages, where you might attach documents;
♦ ability to write feedbacks and complaints about Employers;
♦ ability to store information (e.g. documents, tickets, insurance).
The Website and the Mobile app contain links to Third Parties Platforms where you have an opportunity to obtain different services such as insurance, tickets purchase, money transfer, top up the mobile account etc. ("Additional services"). You use Additional services on your own risk. We are not a party to the additional services providing agreement and act as a technology platform. WorkPort does not have control over the quality, accuracy, completeness, veracity or legality of Additional services provided by third parties. We do not charge any fees for Additional services.
WorkPort does not charge fee for the Services from Applicant.
You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to use the WorkPort Services. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the WorkPort Services, and you may only use the WorkPort Services for lawful purposes.
Once Applicant has registered its account at the Mobile app, an ability to create, edit and delete own profile appears. Applicant has a number of options when deciding how much of this information Employers and other users can see. Applicant might use own profile to apply to job offers that are published. WorkPort will provide Applicant with job ad recommendations tailored to needs based on Applicant’s profile data.
You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display at your account or transmit to other users. When you provide information to WorkPort or other users, you agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and you agree not to misrepresent your identity, job description, official duties, conditions of employment, salary etc.
We will honour the choices you make about who can see content or information (e.g., message content to your addressees).
The information and services available on the Mobile app are provided for the purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities or career information.
Applicant may use information from the Mobile app for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. Applicant may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the Mobile app. If Applicant does or if Applicant performs any other unauthorised processing of information it shall be deemed a material breach of these terms and conditions which shall entitle us to terminate the Services immediately on or without notice.
Based on the information you provided at your account, you might receive job notifications, notifications of your profile reviews as well as messages notifications. If you do not want to receive such notifications, you may opt out or change your preferences in your settings page.
By providing WorkPort your email address you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to features of the
Service and special offers. If you have consented to receive email job alerts, we will send you job alerts until you opt-out of such alerts.
If Applicant’s actions violate this Agreement or which might be illegal, or that might violate the rights of, harm, or threaten the safety of other Users or any third parties, WorkPort reserves the right at its sole discretion to ban or delete account of Applicant.
WorkPort encourages Applicant to give a feedback on Employer with whom Applicant cooperates or with whom Applicant has had a cooperation. Applicant’s feedback, as well as any feedback left by Applicant to the other Employer, is visible and published at the Mobile app.
Our Services allow messaging and sharing of information in many ways, such as your profile, job postings, etc. If you apply for a job offer through our Service or opt to signal that you are interested in a job, our default is to share your personal information only with the job offer poster. Therefore, due to your use of the WorkPort Services it is possible for other users to obtain information about you. WorkPort is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you disclose at the Mobile app. You shall be aware of the information you share while using the Services, and thus you should post or release it carefully.
You and We agree that we may access, store, process and use any information and personal data that you provide in accordance with the terms of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy and your choices (including settings).
WorkPort may match you with a particular posted job based on details provided by you in any or all of your resume, profile information and location. You acknowledge and agree that such suggestions do not amount to an endorsement of that Employer's job offering.
We make no guarantee that we will be able to match you to a job or that any jobs posted will meet your particular needs.
We do not control the job listings submitted to the Mobile app by Employers and we give no warranty as to the suitability of a job or job advertisements or as to their accuracy, completeness or reliability.
WorkPort shall not be a party to any contract or other employment agreement between you and an Employer, and shall not be responsible in any way for the performance of any contract or employment offer made by Employer for the quality, safety, timeliness or any other aspect of any such jobs offered by Employer and accepted by you.
